I have applied to every lender out there, which will do a number on my already poor credit score, I have been denied 100%. I need a student/personal loan. I have tried prosper.com but my credit score is too low. I have perfect current credit ie.credit cards/studentl loans/car laon; but I have a bankrubtcy,several collections and a resolved tax lien. My score is in low low 500's. The only loans I qualify for ar pre-pay and payday loans. I have a full time job and I pay all my current credit cards and car loan. I have wiped out most of my collection accounts but they will remain on my report for 7 years. I have the ability to repay, but no one will lend me money, I mean no one. Please tell me someone can help??

If you are a student working on a degree, try the Federal government. Talk to the financial aids office because they don't do credit checks or income verification on student loans. Ask them if they have Stafford Loan or something similar to it.

I'm not sure who your loan counselor is at school but apparently they're not doing their job. Even if your credit is jacked, but you should be able to receive a "guaranteed" student loan as long as you're going to an accredited college or university in your state, provided you're in the US.
