You can purchase a house with no credit or bad credit if you have the full amount. If you need to borrow the money to buy a house you either will be denied or get a really high APR.

Technically you could if you had the money to pay off all at once, or had an amazing down payment. However with no credit you will have trouble letting the real estate or bank help you finance with your housing payments. And if so, it will be an outstanding interest rate.

sure but the points will kill you and the interest costs also.. they'll give almost anybody a loan even with bad credit but they make you pay more than other ppl with good credit... go figure
