Can you purchase a tax deed sale property with bad credit?
No tax liens or anything like that. Just credit card and medical debts.

No tax deed auctions are all cash.

You question is a little misleading. If you purchase a tax lien, that is a lien on property for nonpayment of property taxes. Usually you paid cash at the time of sale (no payments or credit). Can not help you on credit card and medical debts.
Besides why would you want to do this are you going to collect? Why not buy property tax liens and let the county do all of the work?
